XCEL Silver

The Silver level builds upon the skills acquired in the Bronze level. Gymnasts are expected to demonstrate improved proficiency in apparatus handling and more complex body movements. The routines incorporate higher difficulty elements than the Bronze level but remain accessible to athletes with moderate experience. The Silver level serves as a bridge, preparing gymnasts for more advanced levels.
