Gymnasts refine all apparatus techniques and master body elements, choreography and artistry. The focus is on executing advanced routines with precision, confidence, and performance quality.
Routines
Level 6 & Up gymnasts compete in 4 individual routines, which are compulsory by club. In 2025-2028 cycle, Level 6 athletes perform with rope, hoop, and ribbon, as well as an individual floor routine. Level 7 athletes perform with hoop, ball, and clubs, as well as an individual floor routine.
Competitions
This level includes 5-7 invitationals, plus state, regionals, and potentially national championships for qualified athletes.
