XCEL Program Summer Intensive

The rhythmic XCEL summer camp will provide kids with a fun and enjoyable experience. They will receive rhythmic gymnastics training, including exercises to develop flexibility and muscle strength. They will also learn to use rhythmic gymnastic equipment like ribbons, balls, hoops, and ropes. Which is very beneficial for their eye, to hand, coordination. In addition to practice, they will have breaks for art, snacks, and lunch. The camp offers a balance of fun activities, games, and valuable training, ensuring a beneficial and enjoyable experience for the gymnasts.
